Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients :
450g Chicken Breasts (£3.33 for a kilo FF) - £1.66
1/4 bottle of soy sauce (49p HB bottle) = 12p
2 tbsps Brown Sugar (79p for 500G Aldi) = 2p
1/2 teaspoon lazy ginger (49p jar HB) = 1p
2 tbsp white wine vinegar (80p 350 ml Asda) = 3p
1 clove garlic (39p 4 bulbs FF) = 1p
2 tbsp tomato ketchup (69p Aldi 563g ) = 2p
1/2 packet dried noodles (49p full packet Aldi) = 25p
100g Stir fry veg (66p for 500g FF) = 12p
Grand total for 4 = £2.25
Method :
Mix all the ingredients together (apart from the chicken/noodles and veg) to make a marinade. Add thinly sliced chicken slices or chunks and make sure all the chicken is covered and soaked in. Leave for approx 30 mins .
Boil the noodles and heat some oil in a frying pan or wok , when very hot add the chicken and fry lightly, add in the stir fry veg and the boiled drained noodles. Fry for a few more minutes until everything is mixed together and covered in the marinade - serve and ENJOY!!!!
