Slow Cooker Turkey and Cranberry Casserole

2 tbsp Cranberry sauce (200g Aldi 65p) = 10p
400g Potatoes washed and sliced into chunks (£2.00 7.5kg Farmfoods) = 10p

Preheat the slow cooker . Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a large flameproof casserole dish over a medium / high heat and cook the turkey until golden- remove and set aside. Heat a little more oil in the same dish and cook the sliced sausage for 3-4 mins until beginning to colour. Add the onion and cook for a further 2-3 mins. Stir through the garlic, mushrooms potatoes , rosemary and mustard and cook for a further minute. Add the stock and then bring to the boil.
Transfer everything to the slow cooker and add the turkey & cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper and then cook for 6-8 hours on low.
