200 ml coconut milk (50p 400ml tin Asda) = 25p
4 tablespoons fresh chopped Coriander (49p Fresh herbs Aldi ) = 12p (1/4 pack)
100g frozen peas (1kg Aldi 99p ) = 10p
2 bags boil in the bag rice (59p for 4 Aldi) = 30p

Put the Beef mince /garlic/ginger/curry powder and turmeric in a bowl and mix with a little salt - using your fingers.
heat water in a frying pan and add the onion and chili fry for around a minute then add the beef mixture and fry for around 2 - 3 minutes.
Transfer to the Slow cooker and add the tomatoes and coconut milk and peas. Cover with the lid and cook for 6-8 hours on a low heat.
