1 tin plum tomatoes (Aldi 34p ) = 34p
350ml chicken stock with all purpose seasoning = 3p
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (97p 108g Asda) = 5p

Method:
Heat a little water in a pan and brown the chicken breasts (chopped into little pieces) until golden. Remove and set aside then put the onion in the pan cook until soft, add the pepper ,garlic,chorizo and cajun seasoning - cook for 5 minutes more.
Stir the chicken back in with the rice and add the tomatoes and stock. Cover and simmer for 20-25 mins until the rice is tender - then ENJOY!!
